Eddy Deegan discusses the new album

I am speechless, I don’t know where to start. I finished listening to the album in its entirety and it's going to take me a little while to come back to earth. It's absolutely brilliant.

This project is the kind of thing that transports me to other places. The music, lyrics, production and overall experience is sublime.

"Mary Jane" left me in tears (in the best possible way), "Theme Song" hit me like a hammer, because it could have been all about the (late) drummer in the band I was in as a youth who was my mentor and shaped my life in many ways. I would give anything to have him back playing with me but it will never be,

The material is 'of an age' but all the better for it in my opinion. It's an *album*. a proper, coherent album. Listening to it end to end destroyed and uplifted me in equal measure and I am now embarrassed at not paying more for it, because it deserved it, so I will be making a couple more purchases for friends and family.

I'm a synth man. The keyboard work is really good. As an ex concert pianist, I could hear a few things on the keys that I'd have done with more expression but that is in no way a criticism of the work, just a slightly wistful wish that I'd been involved in the band in the right place and the right time some decades ago.

There is no criticism of the mix or the music. It's absolutely fantastic all round. Why you guys are not a household name I don't know but you are a darn sight better than many who are.

THANK YOU for an absolutely amazing album. You should all be proud.

Eddy
